FPGA uses a neat FBGA package.Data storage is limited to 256MB bytes.The supply voltage should be 1.8V.With different functions, 24 terminations can be used.In order to use this memory device, a maximum voltage of 2V should be used.Minimum voltage 1.7V is required for the device to work.Using the CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip, we can store data.In reflow soldering procedure, the temperature should be controlled to no higher than NOT SPECIFIED.A 24 pin is included in it.Data is transmitted in this memory using a SERIAL process.As low as -40°C is the lowest temperature at which it can operate.Ideally, it should be operated with an ambient temperature no higher than 85°C at all times.
