EPC1LC20 Overview


FPGA uses a neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) package.Packaging for external use.Licensed to operate in 0°C~70°C.FPGA is programmable through OTP.With a voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.75V~5.25V, it is powered.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.A maximum of 1Mb bytes of data can be stored.To find other similar parts, search for "EPC1".There is a voltage requirement of 3.3V for supplying it with power.Various functions can be applied to 20 terminations.In order to use this memory device, a maximum voltage of 3.6V should be used.3V is the minimum voltage required to supply the device.The memory chip in question is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.Reflow soldering should be done at 220°C maximum.Through SERIAL-processing, data is transmitted from this memory to the CPU.An operating voltage of 0.05mA is allowed for the memory chip.I would like to mention that this is a memory IC that will be able to work at a 10MHz frequency, so I will mention that.There is a COMMON configuration for the memory's I/O.The use of a 5V power supply is recommended in order to achieve best results.Memory features IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY to better serve the need.This is one of the devices that are part of the EPC series.
