20-LCC (J-Lead) is used in this package.External packaging for the Tube series.Licensed to operate in -40°C~85°C.This device can be programmed using the OTP language.There is a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V applied to the device.Surface Mount is the mounting position of this memory device.A data storage size of 65kb is allowed.The supply voltage of the device must be 5V in order to operate correctly.With different functions, 20 terminations can be used.FPGA is possible to use this memory device wFPGAh a maximum voltage of 5.5V.FPGA is essential that a minimum voltage of 4.5V be supplied to the device in order for FPGA to function.Using the CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip, we can store data.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than 220.SERIAL-process memory transmits data.As part of the package, the part comes with a set of 20 pins.There is a memory IC in this package that works at 4MHz frequencies.The inclusion of 4 WIRE INTERFACE TO FLEX 8000 DEVICES as part of our product line has been done in order to better serve our customers' needs.The EPC series device is one of them.
