There are two packages that contain fpga chips: FBGA package and X package. This kind of FPGA is composed of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY. A total of 152 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. In order to construct a fundamental building block, 18752 logic elements/cells are required. An electrical supply voltage of 1.2V powers it. Part of the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. The device has 136 outputs that are integrated into it.
