In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC is used.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.It's configured with 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.With a supply voltage of 15V, it is designed to operate.The interface chip of the system is AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 2A that can be achieved.There are several useful electronic components in this subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.Temperatures greater than 85°C are not allowed.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.To maintain higher stability, the supply current should always be 2.5mA.The power supply of 15V is able to solve the power supply problems for a wide variety of applications.The maximum voltage for operation is 16V.A supply voltage of 4.5V is the minimum value required to operate the device.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 2A at the moment.
