For greater flexibility, the SOIC package is adopted.There is a package in the form of Tape and Reel.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.There is an output current limit of 4A for this device.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 85°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.15V is its maximum operating voltage.A supply voltage of 4.5V is the minimum value required to operate the device.
