DS1211S Overview
A package containing materials from Tube is provided. For the purpose of saving board space, it is provided in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width). Known for its high quality and reliable performance, it is a type of Nonvolatile RAM. Set the operating temperature to 0°C~70°C. 4.75V~5.5V voltage should be supplied for its normal operation.
