The DRV8701ERGET is a single H-bridge gate driver that drives a 12-V to 24-V bidirectional brushed DC motor using four external N-channel MOSFETs. A PH/EN (DRV8701E) or PWM (DRV8701P) interface enables for simple controller circuit connectivity. Adjustable current control is possible thanks to an inbuilt sensing amplifier. The gate driver incorporates circuitry that uses fixed off-time PWM current chopping to regulate the winding current.
