CY23FS04ZXC Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 2.5V.
