CDCM7005RGZT Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVPECL. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An up to 1.5GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V to operate this time clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 3V for normal operation. As long as you provide 3V~3.6V supply voltage, it will work. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. LVCMOS, LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Synchronizer and Jitter Cleaner. This clock-generating IC is a 48-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. The related electronic parts of part number CDCM7005 are listed below. PLL is designed with 48 pins. Time clock generator is capable of handling a voltage of 3.3V. The frequency generator has a USER DEFINABLE FIVE DIFFERENTIAL LVPECL OUTPUT; DIFFERENTIAL VCO IN CLOCK feature to improve the output of clock signals. 5 signal outputs maximi5e the output frequency. At a frequency of 2.2GHz, the system can achieve high efficiency. This frequency synthesizer operates at a maximum current of 210mA. Ideally, this electronic frequency generator fits the TR package. 2 inputs are employed on this electronic frequency generator.
