CD74HC4050EE4 Overview
Logical driver uses a neat PDIP package. Rail/Tube external packaging. All of the 6 elements are put into use. 16 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 4.5V. HC/UH family part. 16 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 16 pins. The bus transceiver employs 1 bits for each element. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Gate. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 2μA. Logical driver features CMOS-TTL LEVEL TRANSLATOR to better serve the need. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -55°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Buffer driver outputs 5.2mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -5.2mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 2V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 6V.
