BQ21040DBVR Description
The bq21040 is a compact linear Li-Ion and Li-Pol battery charger designed for space-constrained portable applications. The device can be powered by a USB port or an AC adaptor. Low-cost unregulated adapters can benefit from the high input voltage range and input overvoltage safety. The bq21040 has only one power output, which is used to charge the battery. A system load can be connected to the battery in parallel as long as the average system load does not prevent the battery from fully charging during the 10-hour safety timer.
