BD7962FM-E2 Overview
In this package, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.A cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in 36-SOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) + 2 Heat Tabs.With the 4.5V~14V supply voltage, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.As long as -40°C~85°C TA operates at the right temperature, motor driver H bridge will operate normally.This tool is useful for a number of applications, including DC Motors, General Purpose.On PCBs, Surface Mount mounts H gate.To terminate a transmission line with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the line, 36 terminations are employed.It is used as a pronged contact as H bridge ic of a signal interface when 36 pins are used.In addition to the BD7962 H bridge ic number, more related H bridge ics can be located by using its base H bridge ic number.This H bridge operates with a voltage of 5V.The 36 pins work together to provide this bridge driver with the functionality it requires.There is a 6 output on it.The operating supply voltage is kept at 8V to offer high efficiency.
