It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR).H bridge is provided in the VSSOP package for the sake of cost savings.On the PCB H gate is mounted using Surface Mount.Transmission lines are terminated with 54 terminations with the H bridge that matches their characteristic impedance.The H bridge operates at a voltage of 12V.It is through the 54 pins that the bridge driver can perform its specific functions.The maximum acceptable operating temperature is 150°C in order to avoid excessive costs.So as not to incur excessive costs, H bridge is acceptable for the operating temperature to be -20°C.
