BD48L34G-TL Overview
There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. IC management is packaged as a TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Voltage Detector manage ics. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. The IC power comes from the well-known BD48Lxx series.
