To save space on the board, RF transceiver IC has a 64-TQFP package. As a RF transceiver's mounting method, Surface Mount is used.Initially, it emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.In order to provide high reliability, advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tray is used.A transceiver RF circuit board with 64 pins is designed.ATMEGA128 can be used to search for transceiver variants.RF transceiver operates at 2.4GHz frequency.
