AT89C51-12PC Overview
The embedded microprocessor has been packed in PDIP for convenient overseas shipping. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROCONTROLLER. A total of 40 terminations have been recorded. Using a 5V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. 8-Bit is its architecture. This microprocessor is a typical Microcontrollers. The size of data Bus of the CPU is based on 8b-bit system. Temperatures above 70°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. Embedded microprocessor bodies are injected with 40 pins.
