It is acceptable to ship in the way of Tape & Reel (TR) .A convenient packaging is provided in the form of 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad .For easy adaptation, Surface Mount is a universal mounting method.It is intended to be used at Handheld/Mobile Devices as well as for other applications.It is recommended that you set the operating temperature of the power management ic to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunctions.The power management works at 2.7V~5.5V voltage.There are 56 pins on the power managment ic.The temperature should not exceed 85°C .A temperature lower than -40°C is unsuitable for the ic power supply.
