An embedded ac to dc converter is included in SOT-23-6 package.The AC/DC power converter is available in Tape & Reel (TR) .The AC/DC converter is mounted in the way of Surface Mount .It is recommended that the ac dc converter be operated at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ °C in order to achieve its full performance.As soon as the switching frequency reaches 65kHz , the circuit is closed.The AC/DC converter is capable of being used when the supply voltage is 10V~25V (Vcc/Vdd).There are no problem mounting the ac dc converters by Surface Mount .The power AC DC comes with a SOT-26 case for packing.By setting the maximum value to 150°C , stability is ensured.Temperatures below -40°C degrees Celsius are not permitted for this isolated switch.
