The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 760-BFBGA, FCBGA for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging methods Tray. CPUs have 2 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width. Be aware of the operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ. The Sitara? series contains it. The CPU is cored with a ARM? Cortex?-A15 processor.
