For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.6V~13.2V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed 0°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.A board with 8 component pins is available.There can be a voltage up to 35V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
