ADP2166ACPZ-3.3-R7 Overview
A Cut Tape (CT) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 24 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 250kHz~1.4MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 3.3V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 5V. The ADP2166 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 3.3V volts. There are 24 pins used for switching regulator operation.
