ADF4110BRUZ-RL7 Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, TTL. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 2.7V. Clock generator ic works with 2.7V~5.5V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. Clock is designed for clock generator's output.
