AD622-00E Overview
This Tube package protects the magnetic switch from damage. The magnetic switches are put into 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages for safety protection. In order to provide good performance, magnetic switches can supply 4.5mA as the maximum current. In their operating mode, these switches can output a maximum current of 20mA. Magnet switches must be able to output 20mA current. This switch is capable of supplying a maximum current of 4.5mA. A magnetic switch can be set to 125°C for its maximum operating temperature. The magnet switch should work, however, if the operating temperature is greater than -40°C.
