AD205-02E Overview
An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tube in order to protect it against damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches are packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. For good performance, magnetic switches can supply 4.5mA as their maximum current. The maximum current that can be produced by these switches is 20mA. It is recommended that magnetic switches have a maximum output current of 20mA. There is a limit to 4.5mA current that can be supplied by these switches. Magnetic switches can be set to 125°C for the maximum operating temperature. This magnetic switch, however, cannot operate at temperatures below -40°C.
