A4450KESTR-J Overview
As a result of 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 3V~36V. Worked in a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher before. The switching controller can be switched at 250kHz~2.2MHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start for efficient switching control. An analog IC with the SWITCHING REGULATOR signal is connected to the switch converters. A dc to dc voltage regulator in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series, it belongs to this family.
