Embedded in the SOIC package is this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input.
