For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tray. The high-efficiency performance of this electronic part can be achieved in various applications due to its type of Audio, AC '97. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. A performance setting of -25°C~85°C allows it to operate normally. It is equipped with a total of 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs. An analog circuit is supplied with a voltage of 1.8V~3.6V. It is supplied with a voltage of 1.71V~3.6V to power the digital circuit. In order to avoid reflections off the end of the transmission line, 48 terminations are used.
