WM8958ECS/R Overview
A 72-WFBGA, CSPBGA package is supplied for space savings. Tape & Reel (TR) packaging is adopted. In the various applications in which this electronic part is used, it is capable of delivering a high level of efficiency as a type of Audio. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. Using -40°C~85°C as the operating performance allows it to operate normally. The unit is integrated with 2 / 4 ADCs / DACs. An analog circuit is supplied with a voltage of 1.71V~2V.
