As a space saver, it comes in the 137-UFBGA, WLCSP package. This package uses the Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method. In the various applications in which this electronic part is used, it is capable of delivering a high level of efficiency as a type of Audio. The mounting type is Surface Mount.
