UVG5 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Tray. As a rule of thumb, when photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 80°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set at -20°C. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 1nA electrical current.
