UVG20C Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 50V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 50V should be maintained for the photodiodes. For photodiodes to function properly, the temperature should not exceed 80°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -20°C as a minimum operating temperature.
