A 27 termination consists of terminating transmission lines with a device matching the line's characteristic impedance. Its low package cost makes the 64-LQFP very popular in the electronics industry. Based on Tray's materials, the packaging was designed. Surface Mount is used for mounting it on a PCB. There should not be an increase in Operating Temperature over 0°C~70°C. This is a standard-qualified material.
