TLF51801ELVXUMA1 Overview
It comes in a 14-LSSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 4.75V~45V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control.
