It is packaged with Tube.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Based on 4.75V~5.25V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.Surface Mount is mounted on H bridge circuit.A normal operation of -40°C~150°C TJ is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including Bulbs, DC Motors, Resistors.Among full bridges specific characteristics is Status Flag.14 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedance.In addition to the T6818 H bridge ic number, more related H bridge ics can be located by using its base H bridge ic number.This H bridge operates with a voltage of 5V.
