SXUVPS4C Overview
To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Box. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-5-3 packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 20V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 20V on a continuous basis. While photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 40°C. There should, however, be a minimum operating temperature of -10°C for the photodiodes. The photodiode will operate at 1nA current even in the absence of light input.
