SXUVPS4 Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Tray is used. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 20V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 20V should be maintained for the photodiodes. As a rule of thumb, photodiodes should operate at a temperature no higher than 40°C. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -10°C. ?
