SM351RT Overview
A protective Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to protect the magnetic switch against damage. For safety reasons, magnetic switches are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. Good performance is achieved by powering the magnetic switches with 5mA as the maximum current. 3 pins are used to operate the switches. As a general rule, the switches should output 40μA. Magnetic switches can be set to 150°C for the maximum operating temperature. This magnetic switch, however, cannot operate at temperatures below -40°C. As a maximum voltage, this electronic component could provide 24V. Minimum voltage for these switches is 3V. It is capable of producing 8mA current when it is working.
