The Module package provides greater flexibility.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Through Hole method.In the device, there are 40 pins.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 15A.There is a maximum operating temperature of 85°C.The allowable minimum value of operating temperature is -40°C.15.6V is its maximum operating voltage.A supply voltage of 14.4V is the minimum value required to operate the device.Mosfet gate drivers is outputting a current of 50mA.
