In order to protect the magnetic switch from damage, it is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches have been packaged in 4-SMD, Flat Leads packages. In order to perform well, magnetic switches can provide a maximum current of 40μA. Magnet switches must be able to output 2mA current.
