A protective Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to protect the magnetic switch against damage. TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages are used to protect the magnetic switches from damage. A magnetic switch is capable of supplying 20μA as the maximum current for maximum performance. It is recommended that magnetic switches should have a maximum output current of 2mA.
