QSD2030 Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Radial, 5mm Dia (T 1 3/4) packages for safety purposes. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 50V. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. In a circuit, photodiodes could release 100mW heat. A circuit should have a maximum heat release rate of 100mW from the photodiodes. If the reverse voltage is 50V, the photodiodes can operate properly in the DC circuit. A photodiode should be able to conduct current at 1.3V voltage. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 10nA current.
