PNZ334 Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial, 5mm Dia (T 1 3/4) packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 30V. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 30V. Without light, a photodiode has 100pA current.
