PDV-C403-46 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-46-2 Lens Top Metal Can packages. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 100V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 100V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. A photodiode occurs even at 150pA current without light input.
