PDU-V401A Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-DIP Module packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 15V. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 15V permanently. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 5nA current even if no light is provided.
