PDU-V112 Overview
To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Module packages. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 30V. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 30V. The photodiode will operate at 200pA current even in the absence of light input.
