PDU-V110 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-DIP Module packages. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 75V over a continuous period of time. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 75V for the photodiodes. A photodiode is capable of conducting 200pA current even without light input.
