PDU-V102 Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into TO-46-2 Lens Top Metal Can packages. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 75V voltage. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 75V. Without light, a photodiode has 1pA current.
