PDU-S101 Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. The photodiodes are put into TO-46-2 Metal Can packages for safety protection. Photodiodes can only withstand 20V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 20V. Make sure photodiodes work with 30V breakdown voltage. There is 500pA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
