PDU-C119 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 30V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 30V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 2.5nA.
